Return & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Return
You may return an item only if it is defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
2. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide details of the issue along with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Once your return request is verified, we will guide you on the next steps for returning the item.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued if your return request is approved. We offer cash on delivery, and any refund will be processed based on the original payment method used at the time of the transaction (which, in this case, is cash at the time of delivery). Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Conditions for Returns
The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Items that are used, damaged (other than through delivery), or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns on products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible at this time. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will process a return and offer a full refund, allowing you to place a new order if desired.
8. Refund Timing
Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
